Suinagashi and Wood
Suminagashi is a Japanese technique made by floating ink on the surface of water and transferring the image from the water to the paper. I like playing with suminagashi collage and make unusual compositions adding watercolor that complements the flowing pattern of the suminagshi. Moreover, I like how the waterflowing pattern of the ink resembles the grain of the wood. This is my attempt to show the harmony between them.
